Since 1987, I’ve been a full time real estate sales person selling 1,125+ homes totaling $280,000,000+ in volume. I’m licensed in Md and DC covering primarily the WDC area. I’ve worked with first time home buyers and sellers, experienced buyers and sellers and investors of which many do tax deferred real estate exchanges or flips. I’ve mentored over 30 new real estate salespersons. I’m in the Hall of Fame of the Prince Georges Association of Realtors. I’ve been in the top ten of agents of company and association awards. I’ve adjusted to the many changes that the industry has gone through over the last several decades. With these changes, I still enjoy all aspects of real estate!
