I’ve been licensed since 1978.  Been a broker and had my own company in Perry Hall for the past 30+ years. Decided I didn’t want to spend my time on all of the administrative duties, but wanted the flexibilty Samson offers when working with my clients, so here I am!  I’m experienced in Northeast Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford, and Southern Carroll Counties working with both the resale of exisiting homes and new homes.   I also am a real estate instructor.  I teach the ABR designation along with several of the ABR elective classes. Principal and Practices of Real Estate, numerous CE classes including BRAD, Broker Supervision, Ethics, Fair Housing, Safety, and quite a few more.  I believe my clients come first, and treat them as I would want a member of my family treated.
