I was born in Scotland and emigrated with my family to New Jersey when my father, a Tool & Die Maker with IBM, found a new job in the United States. My parents thought we could have a better life in the US and my father’s skills were highly in demand at that time.
My husband, Barry, is a Vietnam Veteran and a Marine. We have been married since 1976 although no children of our own we have many nephews and nieces. And my great nephew is currently serving in the US Navy.
It is my goal is to be my client’s Agent for Life. To achieve this goal the first step is to listen to my client’s needs and then do my best to help and protect them through each step of their search whether buying or selling a home.
I was first licensed as an Agent in 1982 and then as an Associate Broker in 1984.
In 1999 I became a US Citizen and also graduated from NOVA, Summa Cum Laude, with an Associates Degree in Legal Assisting. Although I have never worked as a paralegal, my education has made me a better agent as I have more understanding of the law and can guide my clients as to pitfalls and keep them on the right track. And, of course, know when it may be time to consult an attorney.
I have received many awards for sales throughout the years, but more importantly has been my dedication to each client’s needs. Clients come back to me over and over again and now send their children to me for real estate help as they know I will ensure they are treated fairly and honestly.
As an active, local agent, I am available to address all of my client’s real estate needs whether town or country, condo, land or mansion, my decades of experience ensure all my client’s real estate needs are met.
