A native of the San Diego area, Lynn moved to Virginia in 2014 with her family. In 2004 Lynn obtained and still holds her CA Real Estate License in addition to her VA license. 

While in SD Lynn served for 6 years as the Director of Career Development / Mentor and Trainer for the largest Real Estate office in San Diego County. She later was offered the position of Director of Operations/trainer and seminar speaker for a renowned company in CA teaching throughout the state. In total Lynn has helped train and educate over 3,000+ real estate professionals.

Her niche is unique marketing techniques that work. She loves the phrase “Think Out-Side the Box” and “Be the Un-cola”. 

While in her role as Director of Career Development, Lynn quickly discovered what components Agents were missing. So out of necessity, Lynn created an educational series entitled The Real Estate Missing Piece helping agents identify those Missing Pieces of their business and fill in those gaps.

A common mistake that Agents make is thinking all they need to learn about is the Real Estate transaction and the contracts. Although especially important, developing marketing systems, database management, and time management become critical for them to sustain the business.

Lynn now brings her unique educational style to the Fredericksburg area with Samson Properties. Lynn is committed to helping agents become better agents and strengthen their business foundation.

Lynn offers several series of classes and a free 1-hour consultation to all agents to identify where some of their missing pieces are within the agent’s business.
