Martinez is a native of Tennessee and has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and Master’s in Computer Information and Systems Engineering from Tennessee State University and an MBA in Information Technology Management from Florida Institute of Technology.  She has lived and worked in Howard and Anne Arundel County Maryland, for over a decade and is a single mother of a talented and intelligent teenage son who she enjoys spending time playing video games, watching movies, traveling and going to brunch.  She began her career in real estate as a buy, fix and hold investor and has a portfolio of residential rental properties.  Her passion for helping others and her love for real estate inspired her to obtain her real estate license as she continued to help other investors build investment portfolios and traditional clients buy and sell their most valuable asset.

Martinez is a dual career agent with a technical background and has worked with the Department of Defense for over two decades at various military bases within the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area. She has pursued designations as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), and certified Assisted Living Manager in order to better serve her clients.  She currently serves Howard, Anne Arundel and Prince Georges County Maryland.  Although Martinez always strives for excellence in customer service and professionalism to all clients, she specializes in working with investors, Veterans, and Assisted Living managers.
