I have been working as an investor in real estate for decades having purchased properties in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Canada.  I’ve also assisted with the preparation and sale of homes for clients during that time.
At the behest of acquaintances who’ve had negative experiences with real estate agents, I became licensed to leverage my experiences. I’m also a former stockbroker who has remained active in the financial markets constantly studying the macro and micro events that affect interest rates and real estate markets.
For many agents the sale is complete once you’ve signed the listing agreement. For me that’s the beginning. I’ll guard your investment in the same manner I guard mine. I prefer to do an initial consultation prior to listing your home so that imperfections that may affect the valuation and sale are identified. The earlier we begin the better. Selling or buying a home is stressful enough.  Losing money (as a seller) because simple problems weren’t addressed is disheartening. As a buyer, purchasing a home, only to discover that seemingly trivial problems come to dominate your life after you’ve closed bothers me too. I’ve been there. I can also recommend contractors which I’ve employed to remedy any issues.
My goal is to eliminate the unnecessary pressures of buying or selling a home. Â If you’re seeking to downsize, relocate, and have belongings appraised and auctioned I can assist with that endeavor.
I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and I hold a  B.A. from the University of Maryland. and a M.Ed. from George Washington University. I’ve traveled to 35 countries and served, for fourteen years,  as aide-de-camp to former World Bank President Sir James Wolfensohn.
Call or text me twenty-four hours a day 365 days a year. ( 202-744-3264) If I’m up my phone is on and even if you’re just exploring possibilities I’d be more than happy to speak with you about market conditions locally and nationally.
Sell Side + Buy Side = Your Side.
I look forward to speaking with you.

Thank you,
