I am a new transfer. I have been around homes for years. Not selling real estate, but I have been building properties for years. I have been working with my family contracting different properties around the Washington DC area, and even on the East Coast on my own in my adult years. I wanted to do a transition from building properties, to selling real estate. Real Estate interests me, because it gives you so many different avenues that you can work. Also I love dealing with real estate, because I feel the information that is learned are critical in life.
