I LOVE helping people and providing excellent service! That is why selling real estate is so meaningful to me. I first got my license back in 1978, when interest rates were 17%. I sold homes for two years and then worked in Corporate Real Estate as a RELO coordinator and then as a 3rd Party Coordinator for Shannon & Luchs. I managed corporate sales, did BPO’s, negotiated contracts, worked with appraisers and assisted the field agents. I worked in that capacity for a few years and then got hired by MCI to work in their Relocation Department. I relocated employees, helped develop the MCI Relocation Policy and their Group Move Relocation Policy. I managed four other relocation coordinators over the years. I was involved in training employees, regarding the Relocation Policy for MCI group moves around the US when the company decentralized. I was assigned to personally oversee the relocation process for all MCI Executives and their families. I have managed various contracts and logistics with the various service vendors used by MCI to relocate their families. I have also worked for my husbands Home Inspection Company (Home Review Inspection Services) over the years. I did scheduling, marketing, and business development for Home Review. I am also a Radon Technician listed with NRPP and provided radon testing and reporting for our home inspection company, in the past. I have been selling real estate for many years. I have enjoyed an abundance of real estate training; and, have had a particular interest in keeping abreast of contract details and best practices. Educating my Sellers about market conditions, so we price homes correctly, is paramount in assisting them to accomplish their goals.
