Mustafa Elmi was born and raised in a multicultural environment in the Middle East/Central Asia and is now based in Virginia. He is a former Afghan Diplomat with extensive experience in Afghanistan, Europe and the Middle East. Mustafa has run family-owned Real Estate business in Afghanistan and has partnered with various U.S. prime contractors of the Defense Logistics Agency with projects in Afghanistan, the Middle East and Central Asia and has also subcontracted major contracts and projects worth millions of U.S Dollars. Mustafa’s role has been instrumental in the successful completion of these projects considering regions hostile security conditions and a lack of appropriate logistical infrastructures.

Before entering the business world, Mustafa served as an Interpreter, providing mission-critical support to U.S. military operations throughout Afghanistan. He brings international perspective in real estate and logistics industry.

Mustafa boasts a robust and reliable network among the Afghan, Middle Eastern and Central Asian communities in Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland region. He holds an MBA from the University of Warsaw, Poland, and is proficient in Persian, Uzbek, Turkish, Russian and English.
