Currently, Naji serves as the Owner and Associate Broker of 1st Advantage Real Estate Services, LLC, and the Chairman of The Rashid Group, L.L.C., a premier real estate team focused on helping clients buy, sell, design, and build their ideal homes. Known for his ability to navigate complex transactions, Naji specializes in delivering innovative solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

In addition to his real estate career, Naji is the Owner and President of Necessary Results Coaching & Mastermind Groups where he provides personalized coaching and consulting services to entrepreneurs and business owners, equipping them with tools for success and sustainable growth.

Naji’s leadership extends into his community, having served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board Governance Committee for Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc.
