Nick believes in selling real estate where he has lived, currently lives, or aspires to live. This is how he’s gained his extensive knowledge of the Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia markets he serves.

Nick focuses on the investment side of real estate working closely with investors to procure off-market deals, manage projects, and sell properties for top dollar across the D.C. metro areas. Nick also has extensive investment experience himself, and currently has a growing rental portfolio in the area.

A fervent Tar Heel, Nick is a proud alumnus of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Nick, his wife Hannah, and their son Callum currently reside in Vienna, Virginia.
