My name is Noel Morgan and I have lived in the Berkeley County area since 2006. I am happy to help buyers and sellers in WV and VA. I graduated from Shepherd University in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Business and a minor in Psychology. I am also an Army Veteran and specialize in helping Veterans. I became a licensed agent in 2018.

Before becoming a real estate agent I was previously an insurance agent for several years and later worked at the Martinsburg V.A. Medical Center for over 5 years, educating and enrolling Veterans into the online healthcare system. I have a deep understanding to be positive and a sincere desire to help people. This woman is amazing. When we started our journey looking for a home it was just before all of the issues with COVID-19. and after it started. Well, we looked and looked for homes and of course, sometimes I can be a bit picky and impatient but she took it all in stride and just kept pushing things for us.
