Trish is a native Washingtonian who has witnessed the transition of the nation’s capital over many years. Seeing this transition, as well as the growth and development of the surrounding communities in the DC region, lead Trish to her passion for real estate.

Prior to working in real estate, Trish worked for 17 years in the federal government as a Contracts Specialist and Program Manager. There she mastered the skills of managing complex multi-million dollar federal contracts, large federal procurements, and acquisitions. These skills allowed her to immerse herself into real estate with a foundation of knowledge and the ability to navigate her clients successfully to home ownership from contract to close.
