I have over 25 years of well-rounded experience in commercial and residential real estate consulting.   Experienced with buyers, sellers, leases, and businesses.  My years of experience also includes the valuation of businesses and intangible assets, the appraisal of commercial and industrial properties, 10 years in residential and commercial lending, and 15 years buying, selling, renting, and flipping residential properties.
