Cutting grass at her mother’s investment properties as a teenager was just the beginning of Karen’s real estate career. Later she invested and managed her own multifamily properties. Karen became a REALTOR®️ in 2007 to help others sell, buy, rent, and invest in real estate.

Karen’s favorite professional thing to do is to offer expertise to guide home sellers, veterans and government professionals through stress-free residential real estate transactions. Karen also enjoys assisting  home buyers and renters find the next home of their dreams.

Karen holds real estate licenses in the DC, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and has home offices in Arlington, VA and Philadelphia, PA. Her home base in National Landing (Pentagon City/Crystal City, Virginia) is also strategically located to help DMV residents & newcomers who work at Amazon’s second headquarters (HQ2) and the new Virginia Tech Innovation campus.

A proud graduate of Dartmouth College, Karen stays active in her community and volunteers often. She loves traveling, has visited six of the seven continents, and is proficient in Spanish. Look for Karen zipping around the DMV in her Vespa, biking on local trails, or sailing on the Potomac!
