Born and raised in the DMV, Regina knows what makes Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia the great metropolitan it is. Also well traveled throughout the country, with the Navy, then landing in California for 3 decades, she has a broad mindfulness of the variety of people that make up this beautiful nation.

Her years in the “toughest job in the Navy”, Navy Wife, were well spent raising a family and developing her own entrepreneurial spirit. Regina has been a career facilitator for her children as well as other actors in the tough entertainment field. A creator in her own right, she loves creating things with her hands. An avid writer, she has worked along side other designers as ad copy writer, bringing those creations to life. Regina is also an actor and stand-in. Starting out in Los Angeles and performing her in the DMV when projects are available.

Now as a Real Estate Salesperson with Samson Properties, Regina holds licenses in Maryland and Virginia, and soon Washington DC. She happily utilizes her vast knowledge of people, places, and things to assist buyers and sellers in making their dreams come true. The best thing she learned from her first Real Estate class is that all property has to be owned by someone. So she asks, “why not be owned by you?”
