Kerstin’s experience spans over 37 years in the Real Estate Industry! Since 1988, she has processed settlements, conducted closings, managed a corporate closing department for a lender, worked in land acquisition for a home builder, managed rental properties and obtained her Real Estate Broker License and Virginia Title Insurance License. Having experienced first-hand the many facets of real estate, she can proactively address problems that can occur in the areas of lending, title insurance and closing to insure a smooth settlement. Designations include Graduate Realtor Institute, e-PRO and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource. As a full-time agent, Kerstin is constantly striving to obtain the most current education and remain knowledgeable to changing market conditions.
