I am a 30+ year veteran of the Richmond, VA real estate market. I graduated from The College of William and Mary in 1990.  I worked with my father who was a homebuilder and earned my real estate license in 1992. I started my own real estate firm in 1996. I was the principal broker of  One South Realty Group, one of the top independent brokerages in the Richmond area for 15 years. The advice I provide to clients is rooted in decades of experience in many facets of real estate. I have purchased well over 100 properties over the years including single family homes, condos, apartments complexes, and office buildings in several different areas of the Richmond area. I feel that the number one goal in working with any client is helping them to understand the marketplace and the factors which drive it.
