A native of Fairfax, Bilowus has witnessed the transformation of the local housing market and has an innate talent for identifying profit-yielding properties. Through his tenure he is immersed in industry trends and marketing strategies, including the all important specifics on optimum seasonality sales and purchases. Stephen holds a BS in Finance from George Mason University, but is a pro with a hammer and no stranger to home renovations.
