Originally from Virginia, Shatasha moved to the DC Metro/Maryland Area in 2013 to advance in her career as an IT Project Manager. Her Information Technology background, coupled with her management expertise, has provided her with valuable skills such as contract negotiation, relationship building, understanding customer expectations, attention to detail, and timely communication.

Although she loves being an IT Project Manager, Shatasha decided to pursue her passion and focus on real estate.  Before entering the real estate industry, Shatasha also served in the United States Army and completed multiple tours to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait. Therefore, Shatasha understands the ups and downs that Service Members face when it’s time to deploy or PCS to another duty station. Her unique background and skill set make her the perfect real estate agent for Service Members who are relocating and/or first-time homebuyers.

When Shatasha is not making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys reading, watching HGTV, working out, traveling, cooking, and hanging out with family and friends.
