Shobana’s interest in real estate started early, when she chose to get licensed before buying her own house from a builder, customized, in Northern Virginia in the early 2000’s.

She has lived in Nova for over 30 years, where she raises a family and spends time finding those hot spots around town for vegetarian-friendly restaurants and fun kids’ activities.

Shobana has over a decade of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, and leverages that to support her clients in their commercial real estate needs and investments, in addition to helping them find or build their dream home.
