Why I Chose Real Estate
While stationed at MCAS New River, NC, I wanted to fulfill my dream of earning my degree. I attended the University of North Carolina in Wilmington and earned a degree in Finance. I was interested in the Financial Industry fields but wanted to be in a position where I could help families as well. I found my calling when we were transferred to Quantico, VA in 1998, where I went to work as a Community Sales Manager for a Regional Builder. I was able to put my knowledge of Finance/Banking to use and help my clients build their new homes. I spent several years in the Building Industry learning all about the New Construction process. The experience and knowledge has helped me greatly in my position as a Realtor® specializing in New Construction and Land Sales.
Areas of Expertise
I have lived in Northern Virginia since 1998 and this has provided me the ability to watch the area expand. What used to be areas that were out in the middle of nowhere are now sprawling metropolises. My main area of expertise is Fairfax County, Prince William County, Eastern Loudoun County, Northern Fauquier County and Stafford County.
Specialties
Having been the wife of a Marine and living through several military transfers, I found a program that I am able to be a part of that will help me put my experience and expertise to work to help other families who are relocating. I am certified by Homes For Heroes, which is a Program that helps give back to our Local Community Super Heroes.  This includes Military, Police, Firefighters, Teachers and those in the Medical Profession who are buying or selling a home.  They do not have to be an Active Member of the Profession to qualify either.  By being a member of the Homes For Heroes Organization, it is my way to thank these Heroes for their service in our Community.  I can even refer to other agents around the World who are also members of this wonderful Program.

My other area of expertise uses my New Construction Background to help clients build their next Dream Home. Whether it is a retirement home they have saved for over the years, or a home to watch their family grow, I can educate them every step of the process from – purchasing the land to picking out the final touches.
