As Director of Financial Operations, Stephanie’s job is to ensure that the Accounting and Compliance processes run smoothly, working closely with the CFO to ensure effective processes are in place. This includes the Deposits, Commissions, Compliance and Accounting Customer Service teams. Stephanie started with Samson Properties in March 2020 and truly has enjoyed the time working with all of the Samson Properties teams!

Stephanie has lived in Northern Virginia since she was a young child and currently resides in Aldie, VA with her wonderful husband of 19 years, two teenage boys, Riley (16) and Owen (13) and two cats, Jaq and Gus. Over the last 19 years Stephanie has grown a love of sports that she never had before. She enjoys attending her sons sporting events and cheering them on every step of the way. Riley plays travel and Highschool baseball, basketball as well as recently picking up Highschool golf. Owen has developed a love of soccer and has really excelled in the sport. She spends much of her free time traveling, attending sporting events and learning about these sports. As a family they enjoy supporting the Washington Nationals and attending games together.
