Steve became a licensed agent 4 years ago after 14 years in the mortgage business working for various lenders. His knowledge of lending has had such a positive effect on his Real estate career with all the information his gives to his clients. In addition, he is a licensed settlement agent and notary who conducts approximately 10 to 15 settlements per month for various Title companies. When you combine all of his knowledge, it is such a plus when talking to people about Real Estate.  Steve spends most of his day speaking to potential buyers and sellers working with his partner at Cherry Blossom Property, Wendy Dean, who is the office manager for the Samson Arlington office.

Steve’s strengths is his knowledge of all facets of the Real Estate business and well as a strong negotiator for his clients.
