As a consummate professional, Tamerida deeply understands the importance of clear and concise communication. Her previous experience in property management, handling most aspects of communication for clients on Capitol Hill and throughout the greater Washington, DC area helped her to hone those skills. Tamerida believes that timely communication is essential, and values promptness in all correspondence. She is also well trained at safeguarding sensitive and confidential information; clients can rest assured that their personal data is in safe and competent hands.

Tamerida was born and raised on Maryland’s majestic Eastern Shore where she learned the value of hardwork within tight-knit communities. A 2011 graduate from Chesapeake College, Tamerida earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. She enjoys frequently visiting her three adult children and grandchildren in Anne Arundel, Caroline and Charles counties. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, playing pool, and frequenting sporting events. From a young child, her mother always instilled the value of modeling excellence in all endeavors, and Tamerida carries that lesson with her each day.
