A few years ago I was a burnt out residential agent desperately seeking a way to deal with less clients and make more money.

I considered luxury, less clients and more money right? Just what I wanted. Except thinking about a business filled with clients like my past luxury clients gave me heart palpitations.

I absolutely did not want to be spending months on end with buyers looking for homes, and I definitely didn’t want to be dealing with the type of concierge service luxury buyers expect.

When it came right down to it, I wanted to be able to show little to no houses, show up to events in comfortable clothes, and not have to constantly lead generate.

I was totally discouraged. How could I possibly be an agent who doesn’t do showings or lead gen?

I had worked with investors before, but to be honest they intimidated me. I thought investors knew everything about the market & didn’t even need me.

Boy was I wrong.

My first year working with investors I was able to cut my hours down from 40+/week to 10-15/week all while making over $100k.
