I work out of the Fredericksburg office and serve the entire Northern Virginia area.  I have been a licensed realtor for almost 8 years but I have been a real estate investor (rentals, flips, land, sub-dividing and building, property management and contracts) for many years.  I am a Military Relocation Specialist, Pricing Strategy Specialist and Dave Ramsey Certified Financial/Business Coach.
