During my tenure as a mortgage loan processor, I helped potential home owners with applicable loan programs that enabled them to afford their new homes. I was also an assistant to a real estate broker for more than 10 years, so I am well-versed in the real estate market as well as first time homebuyer grants and tax breaks available to new home owners.
