Victor is a Realtor for Samson Properties. Born and raised in Silver Spring, MD. Victor received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rolling College in WinterPark, Florida. After graduation, Victor traveled the world, backpacking through Europe, living in hostels, teaching English to toddlers in Taiwan. Nothing out of the ordinary. Upon his return to civilization, Victor began teaching English as a Secondary Language in Montgomery County, Maryland. Victor was introduced to the world of real estate by his colleagues, managing commercial medical buildings on the INOVA medical campus for over a decade. Now he brings vast real estate experience to Samson Properties.
