The ONE Street Company merges with Samson Properties! 

CHANTILLY, Va. – Samson Properties, the fastest growing independent real estate brokerage in the DMV, announced that The ONE Street Company, a highly successful brokerage, is joining its team of over 5,500 agents. ONE Street brings 48 agents and 2 new office locations to Samson Properties, totaling 34 offices for the brokerage. 

ONE Street was founded by Samer Kuraishi and has over 2.1 billion in sales volume with over 5,500 units sold over the last 10 years. Kuraishi’s goal was to curate a dynamic team of the best real estate agents in the DMV and provide them with the most cutting-edge tools and resources. Serving Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, the team successfully closed 310 million in volume and 660 units in 2022. ONE Street was ranked #1 Broker owned team by the Wall Street Journal in volume and units sold for the last 8 years. 

ONE street’s downtown DC office will be the 2nd Samson office in our nation’s capital, and the ONE Street Bethesda location is a gorgeous corner office that will serve as the perfect complement to the existing Samson Properties’ offices in downtown Silver Spring and the Rio Lakefront.
