He was with Keller Williams Realty from 2006-2015 before creating the independently owned 4 State Real Estate LLC in 2015.  Between 2015 and 2022, Adam spent his time growing a residential and commercial real estate agency to over 20 agents and volume that in 2021 surpassed $120,000,000 in total sales volume, making 4 State Real Estate the largest Independently owned Real Estate Company in the Eastern Panhandle of WV.  Single-handedly, Adam annually produces of $18,000,000 in sales volume and typically over 70 transactions, putting him in the top 2% of agents nationally.
