I joined the Samson family in November of 2023 with almost a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Originally from Bosnia, I moved around quite a bit in life. I’ve lived in Germany, New Hampshire, Florida, Maryland and now call Western Loudoun home (for good).  After moving from Tampa Bay to Maryland in 2014, I joined the Creig Northrop Team in MD as a “Home Marketing Coordinator”. What that means is that I handled everything from the staging to photography to brochures and the MLS side of the workload for about 150 agents. I learned quickly about the industry since I was in charge of 15 properties a week at times. I learned what sells a property (and what doesn’t), I learned about the shifts in the market and how it affects our clients and realtors alike. I eventually started my own staging company and trained other top producing agents in the MD & VA area on how to market their properties (and it’s been fool proof), before finally jumping into the sales side for myself. I started with KW in McLean and quickly picked up the flow as I was familiar with it already. My first year, I won “Rookie of the Year” in my McLean office of 350 agents. My second year, I won runner up for “Best of Loudoun” and was able to join the KW Luxury team. I pride myself in offering a variety of knowledge to my clients, especially on the listing side, as I offer complementary staging for all my clients, have deep relationships with contractors, and truly aim to please and over-deliver.
