Jaffar is a veteran of the construction industry, with over three decades of experience in planning, construction, management of residential development and sales. As a Certified Master Inspector, Jaffar has inspected hundreds of homes; he has designed and built approximately 400 homes and condominiums. He is a graduate of The Catholic University of America and holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a bachelor’s in civil engineering.
