When selling, the importance of showing potential buyers the focal point in each space is essential for making an emotional connection.  This connection will lead to amazing and attractive photos, which leads to more showings, higher offers and less days on market.  I am am a IAHSP/ASP certified stager/decorator and interior design specialist.  I assist my clients in picking colors, textiles and so on is my passion and I educate my clients in the process.  I help my seller clients with return on investment advice and I help them create a market ready property.  For my buyers, when they are looking at properties I help them see the potential and best use of space in the property so they can transform it to their style after they move in.
