Shelagh Hafner

MDrealtor@ShelaghHafner.com

As a Maryland resident since 1973, and a dedicated Realtor since 2013, I have had the privilege of serving the Baltimore metro area with a focus on building lasting relationships with my clients. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a senior looking to downsize, or navigating an estate sale, I work tirelessly to ensure every transaction is as seamless as possible. I specialize in working with buyers, sellers, and out-of-state clients, and pride myself on the vast network of resources I’ve built over the years to help guide my clients through each step of the process.  My commitment to my clients goes beyond just the sale – I am an expert advisor, providing you with the insight, value, and heartfelt service you deserve. I aim to create smooth, stress-free experiences, and my clients can expect nothing short of professionalism and genuine care.
When I’m not helping people find their dream homes, I’m spending quality time with my family and friends. My husband and I love to hit the road for weekend trips, exploring new places and making memories along the way. I’m a huge fan of live music and enjoy attending jazz performances at Keystone Korner in Baltimore, as well as country and rock shows at Rams Head in Annapolis. Music is a big part of our family life—my son, who studied sound engineering, often works the soundboard at local live music venues, and it’s always a joy to support him at these shows.  At home, I’m all about snuggling with my two dogs, a lovely Golden Retriever and our handsome rescue!  I am also passionate about travel—especially to explore new foods and regional wines —and I’ve found that experiencing new cultures and cuisines helps me unwind and refresh. Is there anything better than trying a new cozy coffee shop?
So whether you’re relocating from out of state, selling a property or just starting your home-buying journey, let’s meet over a cup of coffee at your favorite coffee shop – or your kitchen table,  to talk about your real estate goals.
