Born and raised in Baltimore and a proud graduate of the University of Maryland (GO TERPS!), I bring nearly 20 years of experience in procurement and contracts to my real estate career, which began in 2012. As the founder of Impact Residential, our mission is twofold: to provide the absolute best service to our clients before, during, and after the home buying and selling process, and to give back to the community that supports us. Over the years, we’ve sold more than 200 homes and donated tens of thousands of dollars to local charities and non-profit organizations. We pride ourselves on educating new homebuyers, expert negotiation, top-tier marketing, strong relationships with trusted vendors, and, most importantly, the lasting connections we build within our community.
