Shonda D. Jones is a realtor with Samson Properties, working with sellers and buyers in Richmond, VA, and surrounding counties.  She has been a real estate professional since June 2023. As a homeowner myself, she understands the process it takes to get to the closing table.  Shonda enjoys educating clients about the home-buying process because she has been in their shoes before, thinking she could not purchase a home.

Shonda received her Master’s in Human Services (life coach) and Business Administration, she was determined to finish each degree in 10 months.   This shows the determination that she will give each of her clients with her red-carpet service.  She will always give you that “peace of mind” with being fully vested in every client.

When I’m helping my clients with selling or buying a home, I enjoy spending time with my family or traveling to the tropical islands sitting by the pool. I am a mother of two and seven beautiful grandchildren. Helping and mentoring others has always been my passion.
