For clients who are interested in building a new house with home builders, I help in designing, selection of finishes, options, colors, textures, construction quality control and negotiations.
For clients interested in buying existing homes, I help them in evaluating the construction, pricing, negotiations, financing etc.
I have help many clients in buying and selling “Foreclosure” and “Short Sale” properties too. I know how the system works and how to take full advantage of the system and the present real-estate market for my clients.
My goal is to help my clients in building and buying a very functional and beautiful house within their budget which they can call “home”.

Before getting in to real-estate I was the chief of Engineering and Construction at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
