Amey Hoover has been living and selling homes in the Northern Virginia market for over 16 years. She enjoys visiting New Home constructions and performing case studies to strengthen her knowledge of the real Estate Market. Amey loves working with investors on home renovations, providing counsel to landlords and tenants, answering staging questions, and touring luxury model homes with clients – especially on Grand opening days when there are Sponsored Food and drinks to fulfill her inner foodie personality!
Amey and her husband, Ryan Hoover, founder and CEO of United Corporate Housing LLC, has partnered with multiple government contractors working with per diem budgets, and offering rebates and benefits to both first time buyers as well as those who have served in the military.
Having grown up in a Military / Political family, Amey understands the needs and wants of the clients as well as how to offer 110% full service to help alleviate the busy lifestyle of such families and cultures. She has worked with the Teacher next door programs and is familiar with multiple first time homebuyer assistance programs. In 2023, she created and sponsored the Team’s very First “Fireman Foundation” to support a client group with rebate, when they were not able to achieve one in time for their home purchase.
Amey has a background as a first responder, and therefore understands what these individuals do to keep the public safe and secure. She also volunteers with the Thai community and makes frequent donation including a recent series of checks if over $1500 to support a growing pray & meditation center in Aldie, VA. Amey is a level 4 Thai speaker and is also able to communicate Spanish at an interaction level. Referrals are ALWAYS welcome and treated like family regardless of which culture, status, and stage they are in renting, purchasing, and selling.
With extensive connections to local contractors, vendors, and real estate attorneys, Amey is dedicated to keeping her team above the line with real estate market trends, tools, and technology. Her easygoing personality and professionalism create a tight knit bond with fellow sales agents and lenders to ensure she has multitude of tools that will assist her clients.
The love for Real estate started immediately after Amey graduated from George Mason and reached up further to discover Real Estate courses with George Washington University. She fell in love with Real Estate and began working with Long and Foster as a Sales Agent. In 2009, Mrs. Hoover was offered a Senior position with the corporate office and qualified over 300 “e-Agents” for over 50 sales team across the East Coast. There she also became certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist, SFR, as well as Relocation specialist, RELO.
After 10 long years with the Relocation department at Long and Foster Headquarters in Chantilly, VA, and having her first child, Amey decided it was time to reconnect with clients out in the field and get her pre-mama figure back in gear!
In 2021, with her husband, a United Corporate Housing was born right alongside United Real Estate Team.
With her second son turning the 1 in 2023, Amey Hoover has become more understanding of family lifestyle and is excited to offer her clients the joy of home ownership.
