Aslan Ettehadieh, Esq. is an exceptional REALTOR, an experienced/licensed attorney, and an experienced Engineer.

Aslan started his life as the child of an immigrant architect. He spent his childhood going to and from houses with his father, giving him a deep appreciation of architecture and a true passion for real estate. While Aslan’s parents were never able to afford any of the homes that he visited as a child, one day being successful enough to own one himself became his dream. He worked in the sales industry and helped remodel homes to pay for engineering school. After graduating top in his class from engineering school, Aslan started his career as a Design/Electrical Engineer for Lockheed Martin. He went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineer and soon transitioned into the legal field, graduating from University of Maryland School of Law.

During law school, Aslan obtained his first investment property in Falls Church, Virginia, which he still owns and manages. After graduating, he practiced law at one of the most prestigious U.S. Intellectual Property law firms in Northern Virginia, negotiating on behalf of many U.S. Fortune 500 and Global Fortune 500 companies. Aslan lectured and provided seminars both domestically and internationally on topics such as negotiations to both U.S. and foreign attorneys.

After over a decade of practicing law, Aslan began his career as a REALTOR, applying his years of legal education and negotiation skills for his real estate clients.

Aslan’s training and experience as a REALTOR, an attorney, and an Engineer provides his clients with superior representation. His advanced degrees enable him to methodically and accurately perform Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), understand contract and real property law and assertively negotiate for his clients.
In his spare time, Aslan enjoys hiking his German Shepherd Dog and doing DIY remodeling projects.
