I love this quote from Mr. Eric Ries, our time’s famous Entrepreneur. This is absolutely right, one must learn the wants and needs of the clients before jumping to the conclusion of what they might want.

Being in the field of customer service for more than 15 years I have gathered numerous skills on how to learn what the customers really want. I’m not only into producing high volume or high sales turnover but I’m more into higher customer satisfaction.
