He also holds the respected professional designation of Accredited Buyers Representative, Graduate Realtors Institute, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, and Virginia Real Estate Board Instructor specializing in Real Estate Law and Finance.

David has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Business Policy from The State University of New York @ Stony Brook.

David will manage all marketing activities including staging,  review all written offers, assist in negotiating, qualify prospects, coordinate inspections and navigate all the details right through closing. In short, keeping your property transaction on Course is what he does best.

Born and raised on Long Island in New York David attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook earning a B.A. in Psychology & Business

Licensed in 1987, David takes pride in really listening to each client and finding the property that is best for them. Whether looking to buy a new home or resale, an investment or vacation property, his goal is the same: to answer all of your questions knowledgeably and honestly, exercise the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity, and believe buying property is not a decision that should be rushed.

David has learned to cultivate and provide a high level of customer service and practice great attention to detail. He believes it is this mindset of great customer service, combined with his knowledge of the market, skill in representing his client’s interests and ability to find alternative options that his clients appreciate the most. Whether looking to purchase in Virginia, Maryland or DC he has his finger on the pulse of the ever changing market.
