It is a great privilege to perform the duties of Realtor. I have been fortunate to work with many clients in several regions in the Central Virginia localities who are or previously were front-line responders and educators. That said, I focus every ounce of my energy on providing the best possible service for all of my clients whether they are first-time home buyers, luxury home sellers or farmers looking for land to maintain their business.

In the past twelve years, I’ve sold hundreds of homes from Richmond to Fairfax and now in my business area of Charlottesville and surrounding regions.

For each of my sellers, I know communication is key to staying on the same page, strategizing the best marketing efforts, and negotiating the highest possible fair market value for their home sale.

When working with my buyers, education is key to understanding current market factors, providing and introducing all the contacts a buyer needs to make a seamless transaction and finally providing great negotiating skills in attaining the home of their choice.
