I’m certified and licensed in the commonwealth of Virginia and Washington DC to conduct Real Estate with zero blemishes on record, in the entire 16 years of service. My mission is to provide all clients with guidance, advocacy, loyalty, and respectful understanding of their needs and goals, within a calm, non-pushy approach, with the goal if constantly improving the clients experience. Upon request, I can refer top notch home inspectors, title companies, contractors and lenders, with similar values. I bring results, and advocate fully for those I represent, all the while trying to keep things light. I bare the brunt of the many potential transactional issues (trust me there can be plenty lol) so that my clients don’t have to stress unnecessarily. Only a Realtor like me will have the experience to rise above the challenge of advocating for your rights and educate and inform you of alternative options and workarounds and ways you can protect yourself from pitfalls in a real estate transaction. I share my philosophy and train my team members to honor these important aspects of our service. My own experiences early on, first in my early 20´s as a professional musician in New York City for many years, and later n my early 30´s as a corporate technology sales executive in Boston, have helped formed my appreciation for the hard work it takes to become a top notch performer. Now I have come to realize that over the years I’ve worked hard to put my emphasis on productivity through education, real experience, and the ability to really listen! I’ve taken these skills to the higher levels necessary to produce high sales volumes – and more importantly – many happy and satisfied clients.
I’ve made it my goal to make you money, and to save you money, while at the same time helping you to realize your real estate dreams – without compromise. Formerly with a firm whose main focus was in foreclosures, otherwise known as REO’s, we sold over 700 foreclosures in 4 years and I’m able to bring that knowledge and experience with me. Add to that the numerous regular sales I’ve done, and the bottom line is that you don’t do that much business without learning from it. A lot. That translates to experience, and that, my friends, translates to added value to you when we work together. I’ve always been a top producer, and that is testimony to my strong work ethic.
