Ieshia Leverrette is a real estate professional and dedicated military spouse who found,owns and operates a customer service oriented growing team, FitRealty & Associates under the Samson Properties. She is known for her timeless work ethic, energetic presentation, and hands-on approach with people. She is a real estate professional in the Norther Virginia area primarily servicing the military community with over $10 Million individual sales in 2018 and on track to double volume in 2019.  As a member of the military community she is a certified Military Relocation Specialist and a member of the Veteran Association of Real Estate Professionals.  In addition to serving the military Ieshia is a Certified National Advisor Expert for both buying and selling homes. What makes her unique is her previous business operation experiences prior to real estate.  In 2010, she founded, owned, and operated Max Media Branding Corporation (MMBC) which served small businesses, individuals, and corporate clients nationwide. MMBC assisted with marketing, advertising, and public relation strategies to increase campaign efforts for brand recognition and increased sales efforts. In addition to these services, MMBC also provided its clients with crisis management and conflict resolution. After relocating to Oahu, Honolulu, Hawaii, she founded Cleaner Than Clean (CTC) in 2013.
