I have been in the Real Estate Profession since June 1979,  a Graduate of NIRE Tysons Corner VA,  I was associated with Shannon and Luchs for many years then moving back to Western New York , obtaining my New York License and working with Coldwell Banker,  I moved back to VA and have been with Samson Properties since 2005. Mother of 3, Larry Jr. Michael and Marcea and now a thankful grandmother of 3, Elyssa and Alana six and Eva 2,  I keep busy with just enjoying life. going to the beach, visiting friends in NC and travels to FLA and Buffalo New York to keep in touch with family and friends. Pro-Active in giving back to the community.   Real Estate has been my passion, still learning and applying my knowledge to help 1st time home buyers and sellers and buyers moving up to bigger and or moving down to smaller,  in 2005 when the economy stalled, many people were facing hardships and they thought the only way was foreclosure, I started learning about short sales and BPOS,  I was hired by several banks to do BPOs, ( Broker Price Opinion) I took the pictures inside and out, and did a market Value for homes that may go back to the banks, I became the ears and eyes of lenders all over the country. with over 2000 to my name it has  turned out to be the best education in learning house values and areas, that I may not have thought about.  I was upset over the thought of foreclosure so I started negotiating short sales for several clients and now since 2007 I have negotiated and settled over 150 short sales, much of my business comes from referrals .New Announcement: In early 2019 I became a Realtor in Florida, I had been on Referral status until this past April,  I have joined Bright Realty in Sarasota Fla.as active status, servicing SW Florida, member of RASM,” Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee” over 5000 new arrivals coming to Florida daily. house prices are rising and of course the cost of building new is going up,   I am in Florida at least 6 months out of the year getting to know the areas and style of homes, gated, 55 and over, condos. beach front and many more,  If I can be of service please contact me, I have a network of agents on referrals and of course from Naples to North of Tampa please call me, I can be in Florida in a couple hours to help you and your clients.  I am available to answer questions.
