I have been in residential real estate since 2015, representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants as well as bankruptcy trustees. In this last capacity I have coordinated with lenders, borrowers, contractors, architects, county planning officials and special legal counsel to assist my clients in accomplishing “the mission.” My experience includes guiding transaction participants through the bankruptcy proceedings as it affects the transaction, often involving short sale lenders and process.
