My name is Jennifer Carman and I began my career in Real Estate with that in mind. I enjoy helping my clients find the perfect home. As an agent who has become an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate.

I started my career in Property Management, managing apartment communities in 1994. As my career grew in the Property Management field, I earned the title of Regional Manager.  I eventually switched roles and started managing homeowner and condominium associations as a Portfolio Manager and managed up to 2000 units in mixed use communities.

This level of experience has afforded me the opportunity to have a great level of detail in customer service, curb appeal, facilities maintenance, and the home sales aspect of ordering resale documents and violation inspections.
