I have been licensed in Maryland for over 40 years.  During that time I we4rved on Boards of the Mont. Co. Assoc. of REALTORS d (now GCAAR) and the MD Association of REALTORS for 8 years. and earned the  Distinguished Sales Associate  of the Year award for both associations, an award given only once to any member.  I was a Sales Manager for 3 companies  until deciding to return to sales.   I’ve earned the designations  of Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) , and Certified  Residential Specialist(CRS(h   I have sold  homes in Mont. Co., Prince Georges Co., and Howard Co.  and received company and association achievement awards.  Currently, my business relies primarily on working with sellers in Montgomery County,  using my years of experience to bring them success and earn their testimonials and referrals.
