My name is Jill Phennicie and my mission is to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. With a genuine passion for the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area and dedication to my clients’ success, I use my previous experiences to help guide my clients’ through every step of the process.

I was a teacher for many years and so it was an easy decision to become a REALTOR®️. I provide excellent service and education to all my clients. I’m very detail oriented, focused and available to my clientele so they feel I work exclusively for them. Nothing is more fulfilling than finding my clients’ dream home.
Raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania, I’m naturally a Steelers Fan! I’m one of 6 children and my grandparents instilled in me an appreciation for family, setting goals and giving back to the community. I bring integrity, professionalism and a personal nature to Samson Realty. When I’m not working on behalf of my clients, I am spending time with my three beautiful teenagers and our puppies, “Steph” Curry and “Klay” Thompson. Together we watch sports and go on adventures and explore the unique parts of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.
